An ancient holistic science that helps to balance body and mind. The main goal of Ayurvedic medicine is to harmonize the 3 vital energies of the body; Vita (air) Pitta (fire) and Kapha (water). This massage manipulates and stretches the soft tissue of the body, bringing about relaxation and easing aches and pains. It also helps to detoxify the body by improving blood circulation, whilst stimulating the lymphatic system.
