Nutripathic and Orthomolecular Therapies and Allergy Testing. The owner and founder of the School of Life at Quinta da Calma, Sylta has extensive (and ongoing) training and over 22 years experience in this therapy. She is also a certified Integral Yoga Teacher Trainer. |

Fiona Allen

Fiona joined Quinta da Calma in 2005 as Assistant Manager.
Apart from the day-to-day administration of the Centre, which includes employee relations and organisation of in-house systems, Fiona also designs, writes and produces the quarterly Newsletter and much of the publicity material. She works closely with Sylta and Luckshmi in the planning of the future direction of Quinta da Calma. |

Ivone (Shivani) Sousa

Shivani is a major part of the office team, dealing with our accounts, administration and translations. Shivani also practices Reiki, Hypnotherapy and has recently completed her Integral Yoga Teacher Training in Portuguese.

Lucy (Luckshmi) Cannon

Luckshmi is responsible for Quinta da Calma's public relations and the organisation of special events such as Yoga and other Teacher Trainings. Luckshmi is also part of the Integral Yoga® Teachers Team at the Quinta, giving weekly classes in English and also working one and one with adults and children. |

Luisa Peres

Luisa practises and teaches Kinesiology and Reiki and works with Bach Flower Remedies, combining proven techniques with intuition. She helps with the administration and smooth running of Quinta da Calma, handling the translation work and assisting visiting workshop leaders. |

Cristina Costa

Cristina is a long-time Housekeeper for Quinta da Calma, taking care of the upkeep and maintenance of our accommodation and workspaces. |

Helena Murta
(English & Portuguese spoken)
Helena Murta joined the QdC team as Receptionist/Central Co-ordinator in March 2007; a key position in the Centre. With an extensive background in hotels and logistics, Helena is well placed to handle the many facets of this demanding role, including client contact and liaison, organisation of bookings for therapies, accommodation and workshops and managing the shop & library, plus co-ordination of information and publicity material. A Portuguese national, Helena speaks fluent English. | All the above are ably assisted by several dedicated part-time staff.
